Appanoose Township is one of twenty-four townships in Hancock County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 435 and it contained 232 housing units.[2]
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 30.34 square miles (78.6 km2), of which 25.52 square miles (66.1 km2) (or 84.11%) is land and 4.82 square miles (12.5 km2) (or 15.89%) is water.[2]
