Introduction

When the vacuum starts losing suction, the HEPA filter should be checked and cleaned. Dirt in the HEPA filter causes resistance to the suction of the vacuum so the filter should be checked on a regular basis. If cleaning it did not help, replace the HEPA filter with a new one.

    • Orient the vacuum facing you and locate the tab on the left side of the vacuum, next to the arrow labeled ‘HEPA Filter’.

    • Pull on the tab to remove the filter cover.

    • Clean or replace the filter.

    In the previous page it says to just run cold water through it until the water looks clear. (Don't use any soap) Then let dry for 24 hours before reinstalling.
