Introduction

Steps 1-3 provide instructions on how to remove the post-motor (HEPA) filter. Step 4 provides instructions on how to remove the pre-motor foam & felt filters. Shark recommends you hand rinse the post-motor (HEPA) filter once a year. The manufacturer also recommends you hand wash the pre-motor filters with soap once every three months.
