The kick pad on your Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) is crucial for maintaining grip and control, especially during sharp turns and maneuvers. Over time, it can wear out or become detached, but do not worry! We will show you a simple solution on how to repair it and extend the life of your favourite SUP!

Locate the kick pad that needs to be repaired.

Prepare the area with all the tools needed for the fix.

Remove the dirt under the kick pad using a wipe.

Once the area is clean, mark it with masking tape.

Place a heavy object on top of it and let it set overnight.

Note: In this example we used a weight kettlebell, but any heavy object can be used instead.

Once the glue has dried, remove the masking tape.
